Dean of Faculty of Medical Science

Welcome to the Faculty of Medical Science, Naresuan University!

    Located in the Lower Northern and Upper Central Thailand, we serve as a hub for medical science education and research with a goal to help improve the health and quality of life for the region’s population.

    As dean, I strive to leverage my familiarity with the organization at every level and to lead our faculty members, staffs, and students towards academic excellence. I am proud of the closeness amongst faculty members, staffs, and students that make the Faculty of Medical Science a special place to teach and study. Our undergraduate and graduate programs in Medical Science, Anatomy, Microbiology, Parasitology, Biochemistry (and Molecular Biology), and Physiology create a rich environment for students to learn through their own basic science curricula and from those pursuing different aspects of medical science around them.

    Our continued commitment to build research infrastructure, as evident in the founding of two centers of excellence and an academic service center, help support our faculty members at different stages of their careers to progress in their research capabilities and academic ranks. Our researchers work collaboratively to bring new knowledge and innovations in diverse areas and sub-disciplines of medical science, and eagerly train students at all levels to become new generations of medical professionals and researchers.

    I invite all prospective students, potential research collaborators, medical science-related business entities, and interested local organizations to explore our faculty and hope that you will join us to help enrich our academic environment and traditions or utilize our strength to service your research or the health of your communities.
