On October 26, 2023, the Faculty of Medical Sciences, Naresuan University organized orientation activities for new personnel, which included lecturers, staff, research assistants, and student interns. This was carried out according to the personnel potential development project of the Faculty of Medical Sciences, which recommended research support for the faculty, academic service operations and regulations for the use of laboratories and scientific equipment, including benefits and conduct guidelines for Naresuan University employees. The orientation also covered requesting academic positions at a higher level, the “Student Development” student advisory and development system, the “Medical Science Education System” curriculum and management system, teaching, and understanding the educational quality assurance system at the institutional and program levels. Associate Professor Dr. Onrawee Kongsombat, Deputy Dean for Administration and Planning, delivered the opening speech for this activity.
