On October 11, 2023, Dr. Jaruwan Thongsanit Okumura, the responsible instructor for the Food Microbiology course at the Department of Microbiology and Parasitology, orchestrated educational excursions and facilitated practical learning opportunities for undergraduate students at Lan Farm Hug Company Limited. These activities aimed to enhance students’ understanding of safe food production systems, farm management, and insect production plants, specifically focusing on the trading of insect life forms, fresh insects, and frozen insects.
